If your Vancouver property is going to be a revenue property, we assist in finding new tenants by listing your property on my web site, conduct initial interviews, obtain Application for Tenancy Forms, and once you have approved a tenant, provide the proper paperwork and arrange for the hand over of keys.
If you are personally going to live in the home, we will do a walk through with you to ensure the home is in the correct condition as per the contract, provide after sales liaison with the listing agent if problems arise which were provided for in the contract, and provide someone to do necessary repairs and maintenance at a reasonable cost.
